The project "Development of entrepreneurship and self-employment in villages – 2023" has been successfully completed.

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and the State Tourism Agency jointly implemented the project "Development of Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment in Rural Areas – 2023."

The project's goal was to support the development of entrepreneurship and tourism in rural areas, increase employment opportunities, and promote economic growth in these regions.

As part of the project, individuals selected from the cities of Ganja and Goygol were involved in training on business plan preparation, accounting, guesthouse management, and guest reception on the “Booking.com” and “Airbnb.com” platforms, supported by KOBIA and the State Tourism Agency to start entrepreneurial activities in the tourism sector.

The 15 project participants who successfully completed the training were provided with the necessary equipment to establish rural guest houses under the "Agrotourism" direction by the State Employment Agency.
