3 SMB Development Centers will be commissioned for entrepreneurs 18.08.20

One of the main activities of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) is to expand access to knowledge and innovation for micro, small and medium entrepreneurs.

For this purpose, 3 new SMB development centers will be launched in Baku and Sumgayit, Yevlakh region in the coming days.

At present, appropriate measures are being taken to organize the activities of the centers.

Free support for those wishing to start a business in SMB development centers in Baku, as well as in Absheron and Aran economic regions, micro and small businesses in the organization of business-oriented trainings and seminars, consulting services, participation in internship programs, information and awareness activities, directing business ideas to existing financial resources and services will be provided.

It should be noted that the first SMB Development Center was established in Khachmaz. More than 120 SMBs have benefited from the training and consulting services of the Khachmaz SMB Development Center, which has been operating since February 2020. So far, the center has funded the business ideas of 4 entrepreneurs, supported the creation of 4 new SMBs and 5 LLCs.
