5 state institutions provided more services to entrepreneurs at "Baku SMB House" in 2023 12.02.24

In 2023, more than 266,000 services provided to business owners in "Baku SMB House" were provided by 5 state institutions.

In 2023, "Baku SMB House" rendered 288,255 services to business entities, of which 268,927 (93,29%) were services of state institutions ("G2B"), and 19,328 (6.71%) were services of private institutions ("B2B"). More than 266,000 of these services were provided by five state institutions.

The majority of the entrepreneurs who turned to "Baku SMB House" applied for the services of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (ALTA) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport - 233751 (87.96%) services. The next few spots were occupied by the following institutions: The State Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control Service under the Ministry of Economy with 22165 (7,69%) services, the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy with 5662 (1,96%) services, the State Customs Committee with 3114 (1,08%) services, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations with 1424 (0,49%) services. To obtain licenses and permits, certificates of origin, permit form for cargo transportation, badges, tachograph cards, and other documentation, as well as assistance with tax and customs matters, entrepreneurs turned to the aforementioned organizations.

It is worth highlighting that in 2023, Baku, Khachmaz and Yevlakh SMB houses rendered more than 371 thousand services to entrepreneurs. "Baku SMB House" provides entrepreneurs with over 300 "G2B" services and 15 private institutions provide over 80 "B2B" services necessary for starting a business and business activities by 35 state institutions. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply to "Baku SMB House" for services such as business registration, necessary business documents (license, permits, certificate of origin, investment promotion document, permit form for cargo transportation, badge, tachograph cards, etc.), tax, customs, connection to public utilities, food safety, banking, insurance, transportation, notary, etc.
