At the meeting of the Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia Working Group, existing relations and cooperation opportunities in various sectors of the economy, including trade, investment, SMBs, and joint actions for expanding relations in relevant fields were discussed.

 

The 5th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia Working Group was held in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

 

Representatives of relevant institutions from both countries took part in the meeting held as part of the visit of businesspersons and representatives of business support institutions in Azerbaijan to Saudi Arabia.

 

At the meeting co-chaired by the Deputy Minister of International Relations of the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, Mohammad Al-Hassnah, and the Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Orkhan Mammadov, information was delivered on the activities of the Working Group in the past period, existing relations and opportunities for cooperation in various sectors of the economy, including trade, investment, SMBs, and joint measures for expanding business ties in relevant fields were discussed.

 

It is worth highlighting that the Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia Working Group operates within the scope of the Joint Commission on cooperation between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the fields of economy, trade, investment, technology, culture, sports and youth.
