The Memorandum of Understanding encompasses various aspects, including fostering business relations among entrepreneurs, organizing joint events, supporting the implementation of investment projects, arranging business missions, and facilitating information exchange.

Within the framework of the 14th session of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Belarus held in Minsk, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The document was signed by Mr. Natiq Hasanov, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of KOBİA, and Mr. Denis Meleshkin, the Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The memorandum envisages  the measures to enhance business relations between entrepreneurs of both countries, organizing joint events of mutual interest, offering support to organizations and businessmen in executing investment projects, arranging business missions and events, drafting legislative acts related to foreign economic activity and cooperation, to facilitate understanding of each other's economies and export opportunities, as well as to ensure the exchange of information about potential partners interested in collaboration, among other objectives.
