A meeting was held with entrepreneurs in Ujar and SMB Friend office started its operation 14.03.24

Being at the 5th place for the Central Aran Economic Region and at the 48th place for the country the SMB Friend office kicked off its activities.

The entrepreneurs operating in the region were met in Ujar with the participation of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA). About 80 entrepreneurs and representatives of relevant state institutions attended the event.

The chairperson of the Board of KOBİA, Orkhan Mammadov and the head of the Executive Power of Ujar Region, Mansur Mammadov gave information regarding measures for the state support to entrepreneurs, the economic potential and business opportunities of the region. The information on support and services of KOBİA as well as SMB Friend mechanism was also brought to the attention of entrepreneurs; SMB Friend for Ujar region was introduced to the business community of the region. It was noted that Ujar SMB Friend office was at the 5th place for the Central Aran Economic Region and at the 48th place for the country. The KOB Friend will support the development of the entrepreneurship in the region, the provision of business support in place and the efficient solution of problems. The launch of operation of the SMB Friend in Ujar will contribute to the establishment of new SMB entities and businesses in the region.

Also, in the event , video clips on the SMB Friend mechanism, the support provided by KOBİA to micro and small entrepreneurs, and the questions of entrepreneurs were answered.

Then got familiar with the working environment established for rendering support and services to entrepreneurs in the SMB Friend office located in the Youth House.
