Meetings are underway to educate quarry entrepreneurs about the legal norms in this area and to support them in solving the problems they face.

Employees of the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources, organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), met with entrepreneurs engaged in quarrying in the Tartar region.

Representatives of the Ministries of Ecology and Natural Resources, Economy, Amelioration and Water Management OJSC, KOBİA, Tartar District Executive Power, Sand, Gravel and Stone Producers Association attended the event and listened to the problems of the quarry owners by inspecting the areas where they operate. At the meeting, quarry owners and those interested in operating in this sector were informed about the legal basis of quarry activities, rules of operation of mineral deposits, identification of alternative fields for entrepreneurs, and their questions were answered.
