A number of projects and programs for entrepreneurs implemented in 2025

The implementation of various projects and programs for entrepreneurs will continue.

In 2025, a number of projects and programs were implemented in areas such as promotion of entrepreneurship, engagement of young people and women in entrepreneurial activity, support for innovative business initiatives, access to financial resources, and alternative financing.

As part of projects implemented by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) in cooperation with partner organizations—such as “Karabakh SMEs,” “Women Entrepreneurs in Successful Partnership,” “Business to Business” startup competition, “Youth Business Workshop,” “Business Academy,” “Investment Journey,” “Development of Regional Partners,” and others—nearly 300 entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and startups benefited overall. These projects covered Baku city and the regions of the country.

Within the framework of these projects, trainings were organized to enhance participants’ business knowledge, along with office and production site visits, meetings with state authorities, and masterclasses. Entrepreneurs were also provided with various types of equipment, and financial support was extended to startup projects.

Entrepreneurs and other interested parties can obtain information about the projects and programs to be implemented by KOBIA together with partner organizations in 2026 by following the Agency’s website (www.smb.gov.az) and its social media accounts.
