On 30 June, Emil Huseynli, the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), will receive entrepreneurs from Balakan, Zagatala and Gakh districts in Balakan District.

The reception will be held from 11:00 at the Balakan Youth House (Address: 143 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, City of Balakan).
