Hardships and needs encountered by entrepreneurs during import and export operations will be explored.

A survey is being conducted by the Small and Middle Business Development Agency (KOBİA) among foreign trade participants as part of the “Roadmap for 2024 on improving the efficiency of state services for border trade”.

The purpose of the survey is to define existing challenges and needs during import and export operations and to take action to eliminate them. The survey is held online and consists of 13 evaluation questions. We ask foreign trade participants to take part in the survey by registering through the following link:
