Admission of applications for participation in the "Export Academy" training started

With the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO and the organization of the Exporters' Club, applications for participation in the "Export Academy" online training program for personnel engaged in export and interested in future activities in this field are being accepted.

The training aims to train personnel with up-to-date knowledge and skills in the field of international trade, thereby contributing to the development of the country's export potential.

The 1-month paid online training in Azerbaijani will include the following topics:

Acquiring basic knowledge and skills on export activities

- Defining the target market;

- Assessing the possibility of entering the target market;

- Identifying opportunities to gain  market access;

- Carrying out quality control and standardization in export, international certificates.

Export procedure

- Existing customs legislation and procedures, requirements during foreign economic activity;

- Regulatory regulation on the safety of food products, veterinary and phytosanitary control, registration of entities operating food safety, issuance of food safety, phytosanitary and veterinary certificates;

- Conducting expertise on determining the country of origin of goods exported from the customs territory and issuing documents confirming the results;

- International transportation in export operations;

- Procedure for selling goods with an export record and taxation issues;

- Legal protection of trademarks and industrial designs.

Requirements for participants:

- aged between 23-37;

- At least 1 (one) year of work experience in sales (will be verified during the theoretical test and interview);

- Russian and English language skills (intermediate);

- High motivation;

- Result-oriented.

Required documents:

- Copy of ID card and photo (3x4);

- Documents confirming educational background;

- Documents proving knowledge of a foreign language (if any);

 After the electronic assessment of applications, candidates will be invited to the next theoretical interview stage.

Application deadline and time: June 23, 2023 at 18:00 (Baku time).

Classes start date: July 3, 2023 at 15:00 (Baku time).

The training will be carried out on a paid basis.

Price: 400 (four hundred) AZN.

Participants who complete the program will:

- acquire a new specialty due to intensive training taught by foreign (International Trade Center (ITC)) and local experienced experts;

- gain full professional skills in international sales;

- have important knowledge and skills for an exquisite portfolio;

- 3 months of unpaid work experience in the largest export companies of the country for graduates who successfully passed the exams and demonstrated satisfactory results in the final evaluation.
