Agriculture plays an important role in sustainable development and employment. With the rapid development of “Smart village” and “Smart agriculture” concepts and agricultural technologies, farmers should adapt to these changes to remain competitive, develop, and maintain their businesses. Along with the integration of modern technologies and scientific innovations into business, environmental protection, organic production, and food safety as a whole are important factors. Broader incentives can encourage youth to build a business in agriculture.

The chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) Orkhan Mammadov stated this in his speech at an event dedicated to the work done under the Agrarian Employment Enhancement Project (AMAL). The chairman of the SMBDA provided information on the Agency’s support and services and invited the AMAL project participants to expand their business activities using the Agency’s support and services.
