ANNOUNCEMENT

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBİA) announces recruitment for the positions of Mingachevir and Dashkasan SMB Friends positions of the SMB Friend department, manager, leading specialist and specialist of the service center of "Khachmaz SMB House" in the "Food City" Agropark:

 

Job duties and responsibilities for a SMB friend:


- represent the Agency within his/her powers in the region assigned;

- render active support in solving the issues faced by SMBs in the region assigned;

- perform monitoring, surveys and observations of services rendered by the Agency to assess the development of entrepreneurship within his/her powers;

- conduct awareness work on the Agency`s activity;

- prepare suggestions for the SMB sector development in the region;

- take actions to implement SMBs` initiatives and proposals;

- participate in the preparation, implementation and fulfilment of projects in the relevant field within his/her powers;

- ensure the implementation of necessary preparatory work when arranging relevant events and meetings;

- attend the forums, conferences, workshops, and other events to acquire advanced practise, perform other work for the development of entrepreneurship;

- ensure developing, processing, analysing and summarizing the necessary periodical area reports and data, ensure review and coordination of appeals and requests from citizens, government agencies, entities, enterprises and organizations in compliance with the law;

- comply with the requirements of the legislation and other regulatory legal acts adopted by government agencies;

- perform other duties determined by the regulation of the department.

 

Requirements for a candidate:


- higher education: major in economics, law, or management;

- knowledge of economics and legislation for entrepreneurial activity;

- knowledge of state support and promotion mechanisms provided to entrepreneurs;

- knowledge of legislation on citizens' appeals;

- awareness of the agency's structure, charter, activities and support system.

 

Job duties and responsibilities for the position of manager of the service center of "Khachmaz SMB House" in "Food City" Agropark:


  • Organize and lead the operations of the service center;
  • Exercise overall control over the service center;
  • Assign tasks to staff members, coordinate their actions, monitor their adherence to labour, performance and service discipline;
  • Ensure the completion of tasks delegated to the service center and the prompt execution of planned measures;
  • Ensure the prompt and appropriate execution of legislative acts and organizational-ordering documents regarding the service center;
  • Take part in trainings and seminars held both domestically and abroad regarding the study of  best practices;
  • Arrange for the service center to take into account letters, applications, complaints and proposals in accordance with the legislation;
  • Ensure clerical tasks and confidentiality at the service center;
  • Represent the service center;
  • Ensure the execution of service tasks given by the vice-chairperson for curation, the head of curatorship and the director of the SMB house; 
  • Enhance the operations of the service center, including making suggestions for raising the efficiency of services rendered to entrepreneurs and their level of satisfaction;
  • Ensure the monitoring of the performance of the employees of the relevant state institutions and business entities providing services in the service center;
  • Ensure the implementation of the services provided in the service center in accordance with the principles of promptness, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and convenience;
  • Ensure the evaluation of the objective implementation of each service performed in the service center;
  • Perform other duties provided by legislation in compliance with the operations of the service center.


Requirements for a candidate:

 

- higher education: Major in Economics and administration, Humanities, Social, Technical, and technological studies;

- knowledge of legislation on citizens' appeals;

- knowledge of state support and promotion mechanisms provided to entrepreneurs;

- awareness of the Agency's structure, charter, activities and support system.

 

Job duties and responsibilities for the position of leading specialist of the service center of "Khachmaz SMB House" in "Food City" Agropark:


  • Perform assigned service tasks;
  • Process incoming letters, applications and complaints in accordance with the legislation;
  • Take part in trainings and seminars held both domestically and abroad regarding the study of best practices;
  • Perform tasks assigned in order to cooperate with the relevant state institutions and business entities operating in the service center;
  • Take part in ensuring the coordination of the activities of the employees of the institutions operating in the service center;
  • Perform the assigned tasks on the basis of the principles of promptness, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and convenience of the services provided in the service center;
  • Ensure the efficiency of the services rendered to entrepreneurs and perform the tasks set to improve the satisfaction of entrepreneurs; 
  • Take part in the assessment of the objective implementation of each service performed in the service center.

 

Requirements for a candidate:

  • Perform tasks assigned in order to cooperate with the relevant state institutions and business entities operating in the service center;
  • Perform the assigned tasks on the basis of the principles of promptness, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and convenience of the services provided in the service center;
  • Ensure the efficiency of the services rendered to entrepreneurs and perform the tasks set to improve the satisfaction of entrepreneurs; 
  • Тake part in the assessment of the objective implementation of each service performed in the service center.
