The Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces recruitment for the positions of SME Friend in Gazakh, Gadabay, Dashkesan and Beylagan districts of the SME Friend Department, and Chief Information Technology Specialist of Yevlakh SME House:


Job functions for SME friend position:


- to represent the Agency within the scope of his (her) authority in the region where he(she) operates;

- provide operational support to address the challenges faced by SMEs in the region;

- to conduct monitoring, inquiries and observations within the scope of his (her) authority on services provided by the Agency in connection with the assessment of business development;

- Carry out awareness-raising activities related to the functions of the Agency;

- to prepare proposals on the development of the SME sector in the region;

- To take measures to implement the initiatives and proposals of SMEs;

- to participate in the development, implementation and execution of projects in the relevant field within his (her) competence;

- to ensure the implementation of relevant preparations for the organization of relevant events and meetings;

- to participate in forums, conferences, seminars, other events related to the study of best practices, to carry out other work related to the development of entrepreneurship;

- to receive, process, analyze and summarize the necessary periodic reports and information on the territory, to ensure the consideration and coordination of appeals and inquiries from citizens, government agencies, departments, enterprises and organizations in accordance with the law;

- to carry out other duties defined by the regulations of the department.


Requirements for the candidate:


  • Higher education requirement: Economics, law and management specialty groups;
  • Must have necessary economic and legal knowledge on entrepreneurship;
  • Be aware of the state support and incentive mechanisms provided to entrepreneurs;
  • Must have knowledge of legislation on citizens' appeals;
  • Be aware of the structure, charter, activities and support of the agency.


Job functions for the position of Chief Information Technology Specialist of "Yevlakh SME House":


  • Ensure the installation, download, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other network equipment;
  • Troubleshooting computer networks, network monitoring;
  • Ensure timely and correct resolution of incoming inquiries;
  • Refer incoming feedback and suggestions to relevant team members;
  • Perform additional assignments.


Requirements for the candidate:


  • Higher education requirement: Management, Humanities, social and technical specialties group;
  • Ability to work with PCs and laptops, peripherals and network devices;
  • Ability to identify and solve major technical problems;
  • Ability to work with Windows operating system;
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office programs;
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy;
  • Experience in using routers, switches and network security equipment, IP telephony systems, e-mail server systems, antivirus systems.


Conditions:


- Full working day, work schedule 1-5 days.
