The “Startup” certificate exempts the SMB entities from profit and income tax on revenues they earn from innovation activity for the period of 3 years.


Another 4 SMB entities were awarded the "Startup" certificate by the Small and Middle Business Development Agency (KOBİA). So, the number of SMB entities who have obtained the "Startup" certificate became 139.


The "Startup" certificates have been presented for a project of "Yol Yoldashi" LLC on a mobile application for search of intercity transport, a project of "Prodigitrack" LLC on an online platform for the organization of procurement process, a project of Rafig Mirzayev on production of alternative protein and oil from agricultural and food waste, project of Aygun Aliyeva on manufacturing and sales of equipment for generation of water from atmosphere. 


The “Startup” certificate releases the SMB entities of profit and income tax they earn from innovation activity for 3 years since the date of issue.


The micro and small entities whose projects are at a development stage are encouraged to  apply to KOBİA for a "Startup" certificate.
