Awareness-raising event organized by the Electronic Security Service at KOBİA 08.04.24

KOBİA employees were informed of information security and cyber security at the event.

The Electronic Security Service (ESS) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport held the awareness-raising event to create information security and cyber security culture and provide cyber hygiene at the Small and Middle Business Development Agency (KOBİA).

At the event attended by 30 people in general, speeches on the subjects "Cyber security in the online environment" and "Foundations of cyber security" were made by the ESS employees.

The purpose of the building of cooperation between the ESS and KOBİA is to organize awareness-raising events on information and cyber security, prepare and broadcast TV programs and video clips on this, increase awareness of the society and individuals regarding public fighting methods and use of these methods, as well as form an information and cyber security culture at the state authorities (institutions) and private organizations – provide cyber hygiene mentioned in the “Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on information security and cyber security for the years 2023-2027”, approved by relevant Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
