Rusiya Federasiyasının Tümen vilayətinin İnvestisiya siyasəti və sahibkarlığa dövlət dəstəyi departamenti Azərbaycan sahibkarlarını 2019cu ilin avqust - sentyabr aylarında Tümen vilayətinə işgüzar səfərə dəvət edir.
