Baku hosts Azerbaijan International Franchise Forum 04.03.20

Azerbaijan International Franchise Forum - "Caspian Franchise" was launched on March 4.

The forum, initiated and organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, aims to expand new areas of activity for small and medium businesses (SMBs) and discuss franchise development opportunities in our country.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony of the Forum, attended by franchise owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and those interested in starting franchise business, Niyazi Safarov, Deputy Minister of Economy, and Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of SMBDA, shared their views on the topic, and noted the importance of the forum in the development of the respective field, and exchanging views in this regard, as well as the promotion of franchise products.

Caspian Franchise Forum - the only business platform in the country for the sale of franchises, consists of two parts: Conference and Exhibition and will be open until March 5. The conference will discuss actual issues on franchising in Azerbaijan with the participation of local and foreign experts and entrepreneurs. Panels on the topics such as "General Knowledge about Franchising," "How to Build a Successful Franchise?" How to evaluate franchise?" "Legal Aspects of Franchising," "What is the difference between franchising and your business: Franchising and Private Business?" will be organized within the conference.

The exhibition section of the Forum also provides an opportunity for organizing face-to-face business meetings of local companies with representatives of foreign franchise companies and promoting cooperation in the field of franchising in this framework. Consulting services are also available to find the right franchises at an exhibition attended by the companies offering franchises of various foreign and local brands. At the exhibition, local companies present their products and services at a special booth with the support of SMBDA.

The Caspian Franchise Forum, held under the motto of "The place to start business" provides an excellent opportunity to get detailed information about franchising, successful investment activities and starting a new business.
