"Basics of Marketing and Sales Organisation" and "Customer Satisfaction" trainings

On February 23, the Baku SMB Development Center (KOBİM) will hold an educational training on "Basics of Marketing and Sales Organisation". In the training, which will be held at 14:00, Baku SMB expert Namig Bayramov will supply information on what is marketing, marketing mix, brand, marketing communication operations, sales and sales organisation process, "B2C", "B2B" and "B2G" sales organisation.


On February 24, trainer-expert Safar Aslanov will discuss the topic of "Customer satisfaction" at the training. 


Information will be provided on the significance of customer satisfaction in business, service level, Kano model, etc. and the questions from the participants will be answered.
