At the business forum-exhibition "Business World Summit of the Century", prospects such as the expansion of cooperation between SMBs from Azerbaijan and Türkiye, exchange of experience between companies, promotion of investment were discussed, products and services of local companies were introduced.

A business forum-exhibition "Business World Summit of the Century” was held in Istanbul.

The event organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen`s Association (MUSIAD), the Association of Small and Medium Business Entities and Clubs (KOBSKA), and "MUSIAD Azerbaijan" was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye.

The event targeted to expand cooperation between SMB entities of Azerbaijan and Türkiye, share experience between companies, boost sales opportunities by promoting the products and services of local companies, and introduce existing investment opportunities.

At the panel discussions, Chairman of MUSIAD Mahmut Asmali, Chairman of the Board of KOBİA Orkhan Mammadov, President of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Organization of Turkey (KOSGEB) Hasan Basri Kurt, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO Yusif Abdullayev, trade representative of Azerbaijan in Türkiye Tamerlan Tagiyev, Chairman of the Public Union of Businessmen and Industrialists of Türkiye and Azerbaijan (TUIB) Huseyn Buyukfirat, Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan Türkiye Businessmen's Union (ATİB) Cemal Yangin, Chairman of "MUSIAD Azerbaijan" Rashad Jabirli and representative of "PWN Istanbul" organization Aylin Olsun made speeches about Azerbaijan-Türkiye economic and trade relations, cooperation prospects, potential investment opportunities.

Subsequently, the attendees enjoyed the exhibition organized as part of the event. The products and services of companies of Azerbaijan and Türkiye operating in the fields of agriculture, ICT, construction, services, real estate, tourism and hospitality, food industry, furniture production, advertising and printing were presented at the exhibition. The exhibition will take place until July 14.

The event was further held with bilateral meetings between businesspersons.
