The entrepreneurs can benefit from the services provided at any SMB house regardless of their location. There are no limitations for it. However, due to the regional structure of government agencies, certain services may be tailored specifically to the relevant region. Except for these cases, entrepreneurs can apply for services offered to business entities by both public and private institutions, regardless of their place of residence, through SMB houses operating in the cities of Baku, Yevlakh, and Khachmaz.
