Development of entrepreneurship and business opportunities were discussed in Oghuz 15.04.26

At the meeting with entrepreneurs, discussions were held on financial support for the production of construction materials and natural mineral waters, tobacco growing and other areas.

A meeting with entrepreneurs was held in Oghuz district for the purpose of informing about the state's support mechanisms for the promotion of entrepreneurial activity in the region and the expansion of business, as well as for studying the needs and proposals of entrepreneurs in the region. At the event held with the organization of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and the support of the Oghuz District Executive Authority, nearly 50 entrepreneurs operating in agriculture, construction, public catering, tourism and other fields, as well as representatives of state bodies, participated.

At the meeting, an exchange of views was held with entrepreneurs on the socio-economic development of the region, the business environment and the prospects for the development of entrepreneurship.

The Head of the Oghuz District Executive Authority, Javid Abdul-Gadirov, and the Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), Orkhan Mammadov, provided information on entrepreneurial activity in the district and on the state's support instruments for the realization of existing business opportunities. It was noted that the expansion of the processing of agricultural products, the strengthening of inter-sectoral cooperation, the development of logistics and service infrastructure, benefiting from cooperation opportunities by entrepreneurs and the efficient use of digital tools in business can increase economic activity in the region. At the same time, the development of agritourism on the basis of the district's natural advantages and the more active use of state support mechanisms will contribute to the expansion of entrepreneurial activity in the region.

At the meeting, discussions were mainly held with entrepreneurs on such areas as financial support for the production of construction materials and natural mineral waters, tobacco growing, and support for infrastructure repair, their views and proposals were listened to, and their questions were answered.

Representatives of KOBİA also visited the furniture production enterprise located in Padar village of Oghuz district. Within the framework of familiarization with the activities of the enterprise, discussions were held with entrepreneurs on business development and on state support for the expansion of entrepreneurial activity.
