Draft Technical Regulations on the Safety of Products Intended for Children and Minors to Be Released for Public Discussion 26.09.25

Interested parties may review the draft technical regulations titled “On the Safety of Equipment for Children’s Playgrounds,” “On the Safety of Toys,” and “On the Safety of Products Intended for Children and Minors”, which have been published on the official website of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and may submit their opinions and suggestions regarding these documents.

In cooperation with the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a public hearing and discussion of the above-mentioned draft technical regulations will be held on 30 September 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Baku SME House.

During the public hearings, the opinions, objections, and proposals submitted by interested parties regarding the drafts will be analyzed in compliance with legislative requirements and, following coordination with the relevant authorities, will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan for approval.
