Entrepreneurs using the services of SMB houses can queue online without having to visit SMB houses.

To do this, entrepreneurs need to download the "SMB Queue" application on their mobile devices running the Android ("GooglePlay") and IOS ("AppStore") operating systems.

Entrepreneurs who download the application can register and create their personal account by entering the serial number of their ID card and FIN code. Entrepreneurs can queue without visiting SMB houses through the "SMB Queue" application and activate their queue when they are closer to the center.

The “SMB Queue” application allows entrepreneurs to wait in line wherever they are, thereby saving their time.

It worth noting that about 250 entrepreneurs are served daily on average in the SMB houses operating in Baku, Khachmaz, and Yevlakh.

Entrepreneurs can receive the necessary services related to business activities in SMB houses without visiting various institutions, just by contacting the SMB houses.

In total, more than 300 services rendered by the state institutions (obtaining licenses, permits, certificates of origin, and other documents necessary for conducting business, tax and customs, utility, business financing, etc.) and more than 100 services rendered by private institutions (such as banking, insurance, logistics, and cargo transportation, etc.) are provided to entrepreneurs in SMB houses.
