Entrepreneurs have been informed on the use of electronic state registration

On September 24, a seminar on the topic “Advantages of reforms in the field of electronic state registration of commercial legal entities” was held, jointly arranged by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) for those wishing to open their own business, startups, and micro and small entrepreneurs.

At the event, the head of subdivision of the Main state registration department of the State Tax Service Leyla Huseynzada provided detailed information on reforms in the electronic state registration of limited liability companies with local investments and new electronic registration opportunities and demonstrated the procedure for using the electronic registration system. It was noted that the reforms in the electronic state registration of legal entities are aimed at simplifying the procedure for starting a business, saving time, ensuring transparency, minimizing communication between an official and an entrepreneur, and improving citizens' satisfaction. With electronic registration, registration documents are posted online in the taxpayer's electronic account without the need to provide their hard copies. The integration of registration documents posted in the electronic cabinet into the appropriate information systems of all government bodies, banks, notaries, and other agencies has also been ensured.

At the online seminar, a video was demonstrated on electronic state registration of commercial legal entities with local investments, and participants' questions about business registration and electronic registration procedures were answered.

Note that SMBDA and the State Tax Service regularly hold educational events, including training and seminars, for micro and small entrepreneurs, startups, and those wishing to start their own businesses.
