For attention of entrepreneurs interested in establishing business and expanding entrepreneurial activity in the territories liberated from occupation!

Entrepreneurs may apply to the service network of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) under the Ministry of Economy in order to benefit from the following support and services related to the establishment and development of business in the territories liberated from occupation.

Through the service network, entrepreneurs and persons wishing to start business are provided with the following services:

- provision of information on the economic potential and investment opportunities of the region; 

- provision of detailed information on state support instruments, benefits and tax -   exemptions supporting entrepreneurial activity; 

- professional consulting service for starting and developing business; 

- support in establishing and coordinating relations with relevant state bodies; 

- protection of entrepreneurs’ rights and legal interests and other services. 

The KOBİA service infrastructure in the region covers the following cities and districts:

- Lachin city – Administrative building of the Restoration, Construction and Management -Service (Heydar Aliyev Street, entrance 172); 

- Zangilan district, Aghali village – State Services Center; 

- Kalbajar city – service center in the administrative building of the DOST Center; 

- Fuzuli city – service window at the Fuzuli service point of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center; 

- Shusha city – “Shusha SME House” in the State Services Center. 

We invite entrepreneurs to benefit from the economic potential of the territories liberated from occupation and to actively use state support mechanisms for the establishment and development of business.
