Throughout September, the Baku SME Development Center (Bakı KOBİM), operating within the structure of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), will hold free trainings for entrepreneurs and persons wishing to start entrepreneurial activity.

The trainings are organized for the purpose of increasing the theoretical and practical knowledge of participants in the field of business and developing business skills and will cover various areas of entrepreneurial activity.

The training program will mainly cover the following topics:

- Preparation of a business plan and development of business models;

- Tax legislation and its practical application;

- Project management and planning of business processes;

- Soft skills and team management skills;

- Fundamentals of entrepreneurship and organization of entrepreneurial activity;

- Application of artificial intelligence technologies in entrepreneurial activity;

- Establishment of startups and mechanisms for their development;

- Risk management and business sustainability.

The trainings to be organized in in live and online formats by professional experts are completely free of charge.
