Funding opportunities for SMBs discussed

At the meeting held with the director of the Islamic Development Bank Group Regional Hub Türkiye, optimizing the access of SMBs to financial resources, alternative funding and cooperation opportunities in this field were discussed.


Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), met with the delegation led by Walid Mohammad Abdelwahab, director of the Islamic Development Bank Group Regional Hub Türkiye, who was on a visit to Baku.


At the meeting, mutual perspectives were exchanged on the development of entrepreneurship, as well as enhancing access to financial resources of SMBs, which is one of the main activities of KOBİA, alternative funding and cooperation opportunities in this field.


Furthermore, the delegation paid a visit to "Baku SMB House" to get acquainted its activities and the services provided to entrepreneurs as part of the visit.
