Handicrafts of women and people with disabilities at the Winter Festival Fair

Handicrafts of women and people with disabilities, who engage in entrepreneurship, are displayed at the Winter Festival Fair organized in connection with the 31st of December - Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and New Year in Seaside National Park with the support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The festival-fair will last until January 21, 2020 and is being held on the initiative of "Baku Maintenance Service" LLC ("Bakı Abadlıq Xidməti" MMC) with the support of SMBDA and the Seaside Boulevard Office. Various decorative items, national costumes, and souvenirs, arakhchins, crochet samples, bags, accessories, wood carvings, toys, drawings, confectionary products, etc., made by 15 women and people with disabilities were exhibited at the festival-fair.

The festival-fair is held to entertain residents and tourists of Baku, expand promotion of Azerbaijani products, as well as support the sale of handicrafts made by women and people with disabilities, who engage in micro and small business.
