Discussions carried on with entrepreneurs operating in private preschools, language and training courses, sports and health sectors to study the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on these areas.

Discussions held by the Ministry of Economy were attended by the Ministries of Taxes, Labor and Social Protection of Population, Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers). The parties highlighted that entrepreneurs operating in these fields were likewise affected by the negative impacts because of the introduction of a strict regime and social isolation of the population, and examined the ways to minimize these impacts.

Entrepreneurs were informed about the undertaken actions and planned measures in this area. It was mentioned that proposals would be discussed in the Working Group established to assess the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
