The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) provides entrepreneurs, those wishing to start their own business, and startups with training and consulting services tailored to their needs.
In September, about 3,000 entrepreneurs and those wishing to start their own business passed over 220 pieces of business training arranged by the Agency's SMB Development Centers (SMBDCs). The training covered business planning and development, marketing and sales, finance, taxes, insurance, human resource management, export, entrepreneurship legislation, professional communication skills, and other topics.
Last month, SMBDCs also provided consulting services to 260 entrepreneurs on the preparation of business plans and projects, coordinating them with public and private agencies to implement business ideas, access to financial resources, etc.
In September, SMBDCs provided the required support in establishing 13 new SMBs in Baku and the regions.
