Entrepreneurs mostly applied to the SMB House regarding permit forms for cargo transportation, badges, tachograph cards, certificates of origin, tax and customs issues, and various permit documents.

In January-June 2025, more government-to-business (G2B) services were provided to entrepreneurs at the "Baku SMB House" by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (124192), the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (13144), the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy (3 222), the State Customs Committee (2,428) and the Ministry of Emergency Situations (755). In total, about 144 thousand services were provided to entrepreneurs by these five institutions during the reporting period.

Entrepreneurs have applied to the aforementioned institutions for permission forms, insignia, tachograph cards, certificates of origin, tax and customs issues, and various permit documents to carry out cargo transportation.

It should be noted that in the first half of 2025, 168,472 services were provided to entrepreneurs in the “Baku SMB House”, of which 145,501 were G2B and 22,971 were B2B services. Currently, three SMB houses operate in the cities of Baku, Khachmaz and Yevlakh. In SMB houses, entrepreneurs are provided with more than 400 G2B and B2B services necessary for entrepreneurial activity by about 50 state and private organizations. SMB houses are included in the structure of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA).
