Entrepreneurs most frequently turned to the SMBs service centers for documents necessary for conducting business, taxation and customs issues, as well as utility services.
From January to June 2024, SMBs service centers provided 208,194 services to entrepreneurs. Of these, approximately 158,000 were provided at the "Baku SMB House," over 41,000 at the "Yevlakh SMB House," and more than 9,000 at the "Khachmaz SMB House."
More than 189,000 services provided at SME houses were delivered by government institutions ("G2B"), and about 20,000 by commercial organizations ("B2B"). Entrepreneurs most frequently approached SME houses for cargo transportation permits, distinction signs, certificates of origin, permits for placing advertisements in open spaces, registration of individuals with tax authorities and other tax-related matters, as well as customs, utility, and other payments and banking services.
The satisfaction level of entrepreneurs with the services provided at the SMBs Service Centers is 98%.
It should be noted that the SMBs service centers, which are part of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), serve as a one-stop-shop for providing "G2B" and "B2B" services.
Currently, three SMBs Service Centers operate in the cities of Baku, Khachmaz, and Yevlakh.
In total, more than 50 government and private organizations provide over 300 "G2B" and "B2B" services necessary for entrepreneurial activities in the SMBs service centers.
