The Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA) addressed an appeal to the international associations and organizations it is a member of to address Armenia`s latest military provocation against Azerbaijan and civilian casualties and injuries, as well as the damage caused to infrastructure and business entities as a result of this provocation.

A letter from The International Network for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (INSME) of which SMBDA is a member, headquartered in Italy, says that the organization has been following the events in mass media and regrets the violation of the ceasefire in Ganja city. INSME's letter also says that entrepreneurship develops in peace rather than during the war, and emphasizes the importance of supporting SMBs which suffered from war.
