Is it possible to get a duplicate of the “startup” certificate? 03.05.24

In case of loss or damage to the "Startup" certificate, the certificate holder should submit an application to the Small and Medium Business Development Agency - KOBİA to obtain a duplicate.

KOBİA issues a duplicate of the "Startup" certificate and provides it to the applicant within 3 working days from the date of application submission.

Before receiving the duplicate "Startup" certificate, the certificate holder operates based on a reference indicating the registration date and the application number submitted to the agency.

The duplicate of the "Startup" certificate holds the same legal validity as the lost or damaged certificate.
