Khachmaz SMBDC holds training on food safety standards at production facility 02.11.20

Training titled "International experience in Food Safety Management System in manufacturing enterprises and preparation for certification" was held by Khachmaz SMB Development Center of Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA) for employees of "Caspian Coast Winery and Vineyards" LLC specialized in wine production.

During the training session organized at the production facility, the Company's employees were provided with advanced Food Safety Management Systems and the establishment of the business process in accordance with these requirements, audit activity, creation of a personal file in the Register of international certification bodies specialized in Food Safety, etc. In addition, their questions were answered.

During the event, the compliance of the total production area of the facility with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard was also reviewed.

In the coming days, "Caspian Coast Winery and Vineyards" LLC will be provided with expert support for certification of ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Control System) and other training it needs.
