
The KOB Fest exhibition-sale fair was organized in Lankaran on May 22.
More than 500 food and non-food products by about 70 micro and small businesses, as well as handicrafts of craftsmen and creative people were presented at the KOB Fest held in Heydar Aliyev Park. Entrepreneurs from Lankaran, Astara, Masalli, Jalilabad, Bilasuvar, Lerik and other regions demonstrated locally produced tea, rice, citrus fruits, furniture, various food products, gifts, handicrafts, and banking, education and medical services at the fair. In addition, the national cuisine of the southern region was presented to the exhibitors by local tourism companies. At the same time, a cultural and entertainment program was organized as part of the KOB Fest.
The fair was held to support the sale of products produced by SMEs in Lankaran and surrounding areas, to promote local products, as well as to expand contacts between producers and suppliers.
It should be noted that the KOB Fest exhibition and sale fair organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) in Lankaran is the fourth. Earlier, KOB Fest was organized in Baku and Ganja, Shamkir region. KOB Fest is planned to be held in June and July in Sumgayit and Sheki, as well as in Guba region.
