Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), met with the delegation led by Hideki Tanabe, Deputy Director of the East and Central Asia, Caucasus Department of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
