As part of the 18th Annual Meeting of the International Network for Small and Medium Enterprises (INSME) hosted in Baku, the Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) Orkhan Mammadov met with the CEO of the Small and Medium Business Promotion Agency of Bulgaria, Boyko Takov.
