KOBİA Board Chairman Meets with Winner of Career Development Program “Road of Success” 19.05.22

Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) Orkhan Mammadov has started a mentoring program with Huriya Mammadova, winner of the Career Development Program "Road of Success".

It should be noted that within the framework of the mentoring program, regular meetings and discussions with Huriya Mammadova are planned for a year.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Board of KOBİA Orkhan Mammadov stressed the importance of the Career Development Program "Road of Success" in the establishment of the Ministry of Economy's personnel reserve bank, shared his personal development experience with Huriya Mammadova and outlined the steps to be taken to improve her leadership qualities and professional skills for the coming period.
