Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyətinin yaranmasının 101-ci ildönümü ilə əlaqədar İqtisadiyyat Nazirliyinin Birləşmiş Həmkarlar İttifaqı Komitəsinin təşəbbüsü və təşkilatçılığı ilə Nazirliyin əməkdaşlarının intellektual bilik və bacarıqlarının inkişaf etdirilməsi və asudə vaxtlarının səmərəli keçirilməsi məqsədilə “Nə? Harada? Nə zaman?” intellektual oyunu təşkil edilib.

Bakı Biznes Mərkəzində keçirilmiş “Nə? Harada? Nə zaman?” intellektual oyununda Nazirliyin strukturlarından 12 komanda iştirak edib. Oyun ərzində məntiqi biliklərə əsaslanan 48 sual səsləndirilib.

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Kiçik və Orta Biznesin İnkişafı Agentliyinin "KOBİA" komandası turnirdə 2-ci yeri tutub.

Turnirin sonunda ilk üç yeri tutan komandalara kubok və fəxri fərmanlar verilib.
