It is crucial to expand economic ties between small and medium-sized entrepreneurs from countries situated along the corridor for its development.

The event "Caspian Investment Forum Bishkek 2024" took place in Kyrgyzstan, hosted by the “Caspian Energy Club Kyrgyzstan”.

The event addressed topics including the investment potential of countries located on the Middle Corridor, free economic zones, opportunities for export growth, and the transition to the "Green Economy" and "Green Energy", energy sustainability, as well as cooperation among the business communities of Turkish speaking countries including officials and businessmen from Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan.

The Agency for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (KOBİA) was also represented at the event.

Zaur Kardashov, advisor to the Chairman of the Board of KOBİA, delivered a speech at the forum, providing insights into the existing mechanisms for supporting entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan.

The support tools for business opening, consulting, and training services including KOBİA startups, aroused considerable interest.

It was noted that it is crucial to enhance economic ties and foster industrial collaboration among small and medium-sized entrepreneurs from countries along the corridor for the advancement of the Middle Corridor in the subsequent phase.

This initiative will also facilitate broader utilization of the corridor's export potential in the future.
