KOBİA's support to agricultural sector entrepreneurs reported 25.11.22

On November 25, the Ministry of Agriculture, Agrarian Services Agency and United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) organised the "International Conference on Seed Growth" in Shamakhi.

Orkhan Mammadov, the Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), spoke at the event and shared information about the meetings with business people in the agrarian sector, including those involved in seed farming, the surveys conducted with them, and the applications the Agency received from SME subjects regarding seed farming. Additionally, it was mentioned that the Agency supports the programmes aimed at the development of entrepreneurship and SMEs in rural areas, increasing their competitiveness, and cooperates with various international and local organizations for this purpose.

Orkhan Mammadov also discussed the assistance and services that KOBİA offers in relation to the establishment and development of agricultural ventures.
