During the meeting, discussions were held with entrepreneurs on opportunities for developing business in the Yardimli region and on state support for realizing this potential.
A meeting was held with entrepreneurs operating in the district, organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) with the support of the Yardimli region Executive Authority. The event was attended by nearly 80 entrepreneurs operating in the fields of agriculture, livestock farming, beekeeping, and grain production, as well as representatives of government institutions.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Management Board of KOBIA Orkhan Mammadov and Head of the Yardimli region Executive Authority Ayaz Asgarov provided information about entrepreneurial activity in the district and the state support instruments available for realizing existing opportunities. It was noted that the region’s environmentally clean surroundings create additional opportunities for the production and processing of agricultural products, as well as for the development of tourism and service sectors. Business entities may prioritize small processing and service initiatives to package local products and bring them to market. The application of modern technologies and efficient management methods can contribute to increased productivity. Cooperation and joint activities among entrepreneurs can help reduce costs and create new opportunities. Active use of existing state support mechanisms will provide additional stimulus for the expansion of entrepreneurial activity.
During the meeting, an exchange of views was held with entrepreneurs on issues such as the development of beekeeping farms, the establishment of processing facilities, expansion of sales opportunities, support for drilling an artesian well, land designation, veterinary matters, subsidies, business financing, and encouraging youth entrepreneurship. Their proposals were heard and their questions were answered.
Representatives of KOBIA also visited a family recreation center and a bread production facility in Yardimli, where they exchanged views with entrepreneurs on business development and the use of state support instruments.
