Meeting with beekeepers in Gabala

The meeting addressed government support measures for entrepreneurs, strategies for combating beekeepers' diseases, and approaches to product marketing.


At the initiative of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), a meeting was held with entrepreneurs at a beekeeping enterprise located in Gabala. The meeting, focused on discussing existing opportunities and challenges in beekeeping and honey product sales, was attended by beekeepers and representatives of relevant entities operating in Gabala.


At the event, entrepreneurs were provided with detailed information on state support measures, including the services of relevant entities, issues pertaining to combating diseases in bee families, preparing documents required for product sales, preferential credit support, and participation of beekeepers in exhibitions were discussed. At the meeting, representatives from the participating entities heard about the beekeepers' challenges and initiatives, addressed their inquiries, and offered practical recommendations.


Farmers also familiarized themselves with the operations of the beekeeping enterprise and exchanged experiences.
