Meetings held with entrepreneurs operating in agriculture

At the meetings, entrepreneurs were briefed about state support mechanisms in agriculture and animal husbandry, and their questions were addressed as well.


Meetings with entrepreneurs were held in the city of Tovuz, Barda, Balakan and Kangarli district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), with the involvement of relevant state institutions.


Approximately 110 entrepreneurs and farmers attended the meetings pertaining to agriculture and animal husbandry.


At the meetings, entrepreneurs were informed about existing state support mechanisms in agriculture and animal husbandry, such as registration of subsidies, sale of machinery through leasing, concessional loans, agrarian insurance. In addition, various perspectives were made on boosting productivity in agricultural fields, preventive measures to hamper damage to farms from natural disasters, challenges facing farmers and their appropriate proposals, as well as representatives of relevant institutions addressed the entrepreneurs` questions.
