More than 80 projects have been placed on the investment portal by entrepreneurs for financing 13.02.24

The www.invest.smb.gov.az portal was set up by KOBİA to expand the investment opportunities of small and medium business entities in Azerbaijan.

As of 2023, entrepreneurs seeking investment have posted 60 projects in the investment portal (www.invest.smb.gov.az) as operational businesses, ready-made projects and ideas. Among them, projects in tourism, food industry, construction, energy, transport and logistics, and service sectors prevail. The projects cover a variety of cities and districts such as Baku, Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Oguz, Guba, Gakh, Ganja, Gazakh, Naftalan, etc.

On the portal, investors can also post their proposals on the areas in which they are interested in investing. Three investment ideas in the domains of sports, advertising, and finance were posted on the portal by investors last year.

Entrepreneurs seeking investors for their projects, startups, as well as investors seeking projects to invest in, are given the opportunity to benefit from the features of the portal.

It is worth highlighting that the www.invest.smb.gov.az portal was set up by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) to expand the investment opportunities of small and medium business entities in Azerbaijan. Currently, the portal has six offers for the sale of ready-made businesses, over 80 projects in the operational business, ready-made project, and idea stages. By registering, investors, entrepreneurs, and startups can benefit from the platform. Posting information on the portal is free of charge.
