In the first half of 2024, 75 training sessions were organized, 2293 hours of consulting services were provided, and 152 business plans were developed.
The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) organized 75 training sessions for around 800 participants to help entrepreneurs, startups, and those starting a business acquire new skills and improve existing ones. The training covered topics such as business startup, project management, financial management, sales, marketing, digital skills, "green economy, "and others.
During this period, 32 entrepreneurs and managers completed a training course in Germany under the “Business Cooperation with Germany” Program to gain international experience.
On the Agency's video training platform, 48 entrepreneurs and individuals aspiring to start a business have benefited from the free online training videos.
Consulting services totaling 2,293 hours have been provided to 208 entrepreneurs and individuals aspiring to start a business on topics including sales channels, marketing, business planning, accounting, and legal issues.
In the first half of this year, KOBİA supported the free preparation of 152 business plans in the areas of agriculture, manufacturing, services, and other sectors.
Overall, in the first half of 2024, more than 1000 SMB, startups, and individuals seeking to launch a business benefited from the support and services provided by the Agency to enhance business knowledge and skills among SMBs.
