Sales support provided for the products and services of 350 entrepreneurs

In 2026, support for SME entities to participate in exhibitions and fairs and to gain access to retail chains will continue.

In 2025, 350 micro, small and medium-sized business entities benefited from the support mechanisms provided by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) aimed at expanding SMEs’ sales opportunities. Specifically, the free-of-charge participation of 85 SME entities in 11 exhibitions held in Azerbaijan and abroad (8 domestic and 3 international) was facilitated. In order to promote and support the sale of products and services produced by micro and small entrepreneurs, three “SME Fest” exhibition-sales fairs were organized. At the fairs held in Goygol, Shusha, and Goychay, 220 entrepreneurs showcased their products and services and carried out sales.

Furthermore, under the support mechanism designed to facilitate the sale of goods produced by micro and small entrepreneurs through major retail chains, the products of 45 SME entities were sold at seven designated sales points allocated for this purpose.

SME entities may apply to KOBIA to benefit from the state’s support mechanisms in order to expand their sales opportunities.
