KOBİA issues certificates to young people who have successfully completed the two months of voluntary work in accordance with their contractual obligations, creating an opportunity for their successful transition into work life.

Voluntary activity also provides an opportunity for employment at the Agency. Two of the young people who volunteered at KOBİA have been hired in various structural divisions of the Agency this year, bringing the total to 14 hires so far.
